I used to practice as a doctor, but I traded in my stethoscope and the stress of practicing, for coaching and joy.
I love helping others understand that they can make their wellness vision come true. (And, if you don't have a wellness vision yet, that's okay. It's part of the process).
The truth is, health doesn't always have to be complicated - there is a lot to be said for a back-to-basics mentality. Focusing on getting good sleep, whole foods, intentional movement, and some basic stress reduction go a long way.
Wellness is achieved by making little changes and building on them.
